
2 teaspoons oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Sanitarium Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 cup Sanitarium So Good soy drink
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute the onion and garlic until soft. Remove from heat.
2. Add the brown sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, peanut butter and mix well. Gradually add the So Good, stirring until smooth.
3. Heat thoroughly but don't boil. A little more So Good can be added to achieve the desired consistency.
