
1 tablespoon oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons bottled crushed garlic
410g can sliced tomatoes with oregano & basil, chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste with garlic and herbs
2 tablespoons Sanitarium Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 cup water
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and heat through.
3. Serve over cooked pasta bows or shells and garnish with a tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
